• User Conduct: You agree to provide accurate information for bookings and treat professionals with respect.
• Liability: While we vet professionals, OmnIDoeR is not directly liable for damages caused during service execution, though we will assist in dispute resolution.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

• Data Collection: We collect your name, phone number, and address strictly for the purpose of service delivery.
• Data Sharing: Your details are shared only with the assigned professional to fulfill your service request. We do not sell your data to third parties.
• Security: We implement standard security measures to protect your information.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Here is how cancellations and refunds are handled:

• Cancellations: You may cancel a booking at any time before the professional arrives without penalty.
• Refund Eligibility:
  • If you paid an advance and cancelled before work started: 100% Refund.
  • If work has started: You are liable for the cost of work already completed and materials used.
  • If a professional fails to show up: 100% Refund of any advance paid.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Policy

We offer on-site services. No physical goods are shipped. Professionals will arrive at the address provided during booking at the scheduled time.
